Semi-automatic box-type collection cotton swab flocking machine is suitable for collecting cotton swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs,etc. Different from the automatic flocking machine, It is made into a flocking box according to the size of the flocked product, and the fluff is placed in the box,then use electrostatic flocking to stick the fluff on the cotton swab.
The machine adopts transparent acrylic cover, which can clearly see the flocking process, simple operation and wide application range.
